You should always be prepared to ask questions about the company, the position, and/or the industry to show you have done your research.

When you have a chance to interview with the hiring manager, ask, “What is your management style?”

Ask for a tour of the company.

Make mental notes from the tour and look for consistency between these two items. If the manager states that he or she manages in a manner that puts the co-worker first and you notice that no one is smiling or talking to one another, caution is in order here.
